Danny Monroe in a tan blazer and black cowboy hat

Daniel “Danny” Monroe

Founder · Monroe Residential Advisory Group

“My recommendations have to do more than look good on paper. They have to work in the field.”

Danny brings more than two decades of experience across production homebuilding, custom residential, multifamily and light commercial construction. He worked his way from the field to executive leadership, guiding homes from dirt through final delivery while leading teams, schedules, costs, quality and warranty operations.

That range gives him a practical view of both the office and the jobsite. He understands the metrics and strategy behind a build—and what is actually happening in the field.

Through Monroe Residential Advisory Group, Danny offers independent, field-tested guidance that helps homeowners understand their build, ask better questions and make more informed decisions. His approach is straightforward: listen, observe, identify the root cause and develop a solution that works.

On a personal note: Danny is Texas born and raised, married 30 years, a father of five and grandfather of five. In 2025, a serious injury nearly cost him his arm—and changed how he thinks about the years ahead. Monroe Residential Advisory Group is how he puts 20+ years of jobsite knowledge to work for the people who need it most: homebuyers.

Important: This is a construction walkthrough and buyer education service—not a TREC home inspection, engineering evaluation, code-compliance review or substitute for licensed professional services. Buyers should engage a licensed Texas real estate inspector and other qualified specialists as appropriate.

“Danny Brought Clarity to a Complicated Process”

Madison Barron
Working with Danny gave us confidence during a process that often felt overwhelming. He helped us understand how our home was being built, explained technical issues in a way that made sense, and helped us prepare the right questions for our builder. Danny was professional, thorough, and completely focused on helping us make informed decisions. His experience in residential construction was evident from the beginning, and we appreciated having an independent resource on our side.

“Practical Advice Grounded in Real Field Experience”

Clay Rhodes
Danny provided valuable insight into our construction operations and helped us look at several challenges from a different perspective. He did more than identify problems—he took the time to understand the root causes and offered practical recommendations that our team could actually implement. His knowledge of scheduling, trade partner performance, quality, and field operations made his guidance especially useful. Danny understands that solutions have to work in the field, not just on paper.

“A Trusted Resource for Better Construction Decisions”

Charlie Lewis
Danny brings a rare combination of leadership experience, field knowledge, and practical problem-solving ability. He understands the pressures faced by homeowners, builders, trade partners, and construction teams, which allows him to see the full picture. His recommendations were thoughtful, measurable, and focused on improving the outcome rather than simply assigning blame. We valued his honesty, responsiveness, and ability to turn complex construction issues into clear, actionable decisions.
